Standfill’s Mobile Auto Repair opened in July of 2023 with a focus on honest, transparent, and customer-focused automotive service. What started as a mobile repair business has grown into a dedicated repair facility serving Bellingham and Whatcom County.
Owner Hailey built Standfill’s around clear communication, honest recommendations, and treating customers with respect. Our goal is to help customers understand their vehicles and make informed decisions without pressure, confusion, or unnecessary repairs.
Standfill’s is an LGBTQ+ owned business committed to making car repair feel welcoming, approachable, and transparent for every customer.
From Mobile Repair to Repair Facility
Hailey has always been interested in cars, but her love for working on them started after getting her first vehicle. Fixing, improving, and learning from that vehicle sparked the drive to pursue automotive repair as a career.
After working in the industry and seeing how often customers felt ignored or treated like transactions, Hailey wanted to build something different: a repair business focused on communication, trust, and doing the job right.
She hopes to eventually expand the business into its own brick and mortar location. Dream achieved.
In June of 2025, Standfill’s Mobile Auto Repair expanded into a dedicated repair facility in Bellingham, allowing us to provide more advanced diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle service while continuing to offer limited mobile service when appropriate.
Our Facility
Most repairs are now performed at our Bellingham repair facility, where we have better access to tools, diagnostic equipment, repair information systems, parts suppliers, and workspace than would be practical in the field.
Operating from a dedicated facility allows us to handle a wider range of vehicle concerns, including electrical diagnostics, cooling system repairs, suspension and steering work, drivability concerns, no-start conditions, check engine light diagnostics, and major maintenance services.
Limited mobile service remains available for select repairs when appropriate, but most vehicles are best served at the shop where we can provide a more thorough, efficient, and reliable repair experience.
Today, Standfill’s continues to serve drivers throughout Bellingham and Whatcom County with the same customer-focused approach that helped the business grow from a single service van into a dedicated repair facility.
